TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ACCEPTANCE : Course bookings made via our website, email, telephone or written are deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions as set forth on our website at www.cobblettes.com by all parties including the attendee if she or he is other than the purchaser.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made at the time of booking. Payment shall be made by paypal.
Once payment has been made you will be sent confirmation of your payment.
Minimum Age Reguirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to attend the workshop.
Force Majeure: If a course has to be cancelled by The Cobblettes for whatever reason, applicants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the cost of the workshop. No other compensation will be paid.
Cancellations: By us: If a course is cancelled by us we will make every attempt to provide a minimum of one weeks notice. This notice will be sent via email to the address you provided at the time of registration. If, a course is cancelled by us we are not liable for any losses incurred by you other than a full refund.
Courses have a minimum attendee requirement and if that requirement is not met we reserve the right to cancel the class.
If, a workshop must be postponed due to illness or any foreseen events by us all reasonable efforts will be made to contact you via email or telephone directly to notify of the postponement and to announce arrangements for a makeup workshop.
By you: If, you are unable to attend the workshop and provide us with three weeks notice we will refund the full amount . Two weeks notice and we will refund 50% of the fee. Anything less than two weeks notice there will be no refund. There will be a $30 administrative charge for any cancellation regardless of the time of notice.
Material and Equipment Provided: Prior to the start of the workshop you will be sent a detailed list of the material and equipment that you will need to purchase in accordance with the workshop that you have purchased. These costs are in addition to the instructional fee paid. These cost may include but are not limited to components, labor costs and the costs of tools and leather.
Sizing: For workshops in which we are providing the last all shoes are made to standard fittings unless otherwise noted. We accept no liability for proper fit or sizing. If, students wish to purchase their own last they may contact us by email and we will provide them with several resources where a last may be purchased. These resources will be provided for information only and we take no responsibility for any purchases made from third parties.
Notices: All notices sent by us to you will be sent via email to the address you provide at the time of registration.
